All bookings must be made through our official website. To secure your spot, a deposit of 50% is required, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival. Please note that failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Regarding cancellations, if you cancel your booking more than 7 days before departure, you will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable. If BoardJoy cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political unrest, we will provide either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please be aware that BoardJoy is not responsible for additional costs incurred due to trip cancellations, such as flight changes or other travel expenses.
